Hello from the NSW mid north coast!
I'm a keen traveler, originally from the Lake District in northern England. I spent 20 years in the planning and management of national parks here in New South Wales, Australia before moving to our certified organic family farm near Coffs Harbour where we raise beef cattle and grow blueberries. I'm used to animals big and small, and very happy looking after homes and gardens. Because of the complexity of our off-grid farm lifestyle, we usually arrange house sitters when we go away, so I'm comfortable discussing the needs of your particular place and pets from an owner's point of view. I do prefer a place with good WiFi, and of course am happy to send plenty of pictures while you're away.

Whilst semi-retired, I undertake senior roles at most NSW and federal elections. This requires a NSW Police check which I'm happy to forward to potential hosts.

I anticipate fairly frequent trips to Brisbane over the next few years. Our eldest son is at Griffith Uni, and his brother is attending Uni Open Days May - Jul 2023 with a view to being in Brisbane from 2024. It would be great to establish an ongoing relationship with pets and owners as I explore more of the city. I usually house-sit alone whilst my husband minds the farm.

I don't smoke, am five-times vaxed against COVID-19 and am happy to avoid meat in your home if you prefer. Read more...
