Hi Friends,
just a bit about me, I’m Australian born from NSW, I moved here to be closer to family, I’d like to settle here in Perth by getting a feel for the area first.
I work as a Licensed Professional Painter & Window Cleaner.
I can do minor home repairs, Airport Transfers and caring for pets, water gardens, these services I can help you with as I have done for family, friends and previous house sitting arrangements.
I’ve done house sitting before, but only new on this website.
I’m neat & clean, I respect others, their property, environment, race and culture.
I’m not a substance abuser.
I don’t use foul language.
I am obedient to house rules.
I am conversational and understand the importance of being contactable.
I’m very easy to talk with.
I’m comfortable around animals and animals are comfortable around me.
These things I’ve mentioned are the result of growing up in a loving Christian environment and my clean reputation is based inside these values.
I’ve also done volunteer work overseas and here in Australia.
For your peace of mind I can supply a current National Police Certificate and a Working With Children Permit.
In my last house sit on this website Jan/Feb, I repaired fly screens, fixed reticulation, cleaned the widows, washed the owners car and turned it on, cared for their dog and washed and mopped floors and cleaned their home before arrival home.
Owner was very impressed, there is no review as the owner isn’t tech savvy.
