More information about this house sitter

Hi there... we are an active, newly-retired couple in good health who live on the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne. We think of ourselves as honest, conscientious and trustworthy with keen minds and a good sense of humour.
We own our own almost-new home and are meticulously clean and tidy. The upstairs floor of the home has been regularly used for an Airbnb for the last 6 years, so we appreciate what it means to have people stay with us and how to present the accomodation in its best condition.
Minding a home for an owner would be a nice diversion - plus a good way for us to escape the winters down south and enjoy new surroundings. At other times of the year we like to travel and explore new places of interest etc.
You could leave your property and pet/s with us with full confidence. References can be supplied if necessary and we would be happy to meet prior (if practical) or chat via Zoom.
PS: we have a pet dog - Bob. He is a small Japanes Chin X and very sociable.
