We are a married couple in our 50's and have decided that life is a bit too short to wait until retirement age to get out and see Australia.

Before embarking on our travels in March 2023, we both had extensive professional careers working for well known brands in the wine and beer industries.

Luke was a Sales Manager within the craft brewery scene, but had worked predominantly as a Viticulturist prior to this for an internationally known brand. He has also spent a number of years in agriculture working both on farm and in machinery sales.

Likewise, Belinda was an Accountant for a well known wine brand where she worked for 15 years. Prior to this, the previous 20 years were as a Vet Nurse and Practice Manager in a large Veterinary Hospital.

We are currently travelling with our 3 Golden Retrievers in a relatively small camper and swag for the dogs. Fergus, our old boy is 12 1/2 and getting older by the day. He's a lovely old man and a very gentle soul. Hank is nearly 3, and Nellie turned 1 in late April. They are all extremely well-behaved and were inside dogs before we departed on our travels.

They are very well socialised with other dogs and have interacted with many on our travels and house sits to date. Now that we are on the road they are well attuned to sleeping in a swag and will be for the duration of our travels. This is their bed and safe place, where they understand that wherever we are, this is now home. For most of our travels, they are tethered on long leads when we are in camp or in areas where they are unable to free-range. They are quite content with this and use the opportunity to sleep.

We are meticulous with house and garden cleanliness so please don't be put off by the thought of us having 3 dogs. We have excellent referees who would be happy to talk to you.

We are keen gardeners and will care for your home and pets like we would our own. We have a beautiful house with a lovely garden that we are currently renting out as an executive rental. Photos of our home and references from the GM of our property management company can be provided on request.

We are looking for house sitting opportunities from a week or two, to several months in duration. We would prefer a reasonable space for the dogs to have a bit of freedom to play, so would be looking for properties outside of suburbia unless you have a large yard.
