1. Who am I? I am a 64 year old single male who is a trustworthy and reliable person: I am on the board of four companies in Australia and Switzerland and can provide references as required.

2. Am I responsible? I have owned four residential properties to date and understand how to care for properties.

3. I work mostly from home and am able available to be tend to both property and a pet companionship, as required.

4. I am an animal lover, having had both cats and dogs throughout my life and that of my family.

5. I am relocating overseas during 2023 and have chosen to keep my living arrangements flexible.
