We are fit, mature, clean, quiet, house proud people.
Non smokers, police clearance & fully vaccinated against Covid.
I work part time as a financial accountant. I am also studying to become a Certified Practising Accountant (online, at home studies).
My fiancé is a scuba diving instructor, so we are a diving family and love the ocean. Matt is also a cyclist…pls don’t hold that against him 😂
We own our own home on the coast in WA and often travel around QLD to visit our family.
We have 2 BEAUTIFUL indoor cats (plus one foster cat, through the RSPCA). So far, we have fostered 9 cats, of various ages, for varying periods and with different medical requirements. We currently have a long term foster cat in our care and on daily medication, pending court action as she was a seized cat. 😿
We adopted our black & white cat from the RSPCA about 2yrs ago. She is affectionately known as “baby” but also comes to Mako…when she feels like it.
Our ragdoll (Merlin) is super shy and hides from strangers so we will understand if your pet(s) are also a little shy. We do not believe on forcing ourselves on shy pets, instead we give them space and allow them to approach us when they are ready.
We also have a very intelligent border collie (Lena) so we understand if your dogs are energetic and require frequent walking. Lena can travel with us upon your approval, alternatively she can stay home with our Daughter. Lena is fully vaccinated and receives monthly flea/worming prevention treatment. We pride ourselves in being responsible pet owners. Our pets are part of our family.
We have a wonderful 20yr old Daughter who is studying marine biology at University. Fortunately she stays home to care for our pets while we travel.
We love to walk as part of our daily fitness regime and a healthy lifestyle is a non negotiable.
We like to reduce waste & our impact on the environment wherever possible…so we drive a hybrid. 😉
