More information about this house sitter

Recently purchased our new home in Tasmania but settlement isn't until 30 November. Looking for housesit or place to keep caravan with power and water between mid September to 30 November. Preferable in the Huon Valley but flexible with location.
Formerly owned 75 acre property with sheep, alpacas and chickens as well as luxury tourism accommodation known as 'Seascape Retreat' in Hindmarsh Valley, SA which we sold last year.
We are a very capable and reliable couple.
We also have a well behaved cairn terrier.
