More information about this house sitter

We are a family of four, Jen and Kev with kids aged 9 & 7 and two fur babies aged 12 (Miniture Schnauzer) and 3 (Medium Labradoodle). We are from Queensland but currently living our dream of travelling Australia. Our home is rented out to tenants so we know how it feels to leave your home in someone else's hands so promise to treat it with care and respect. We are travelling in our self contained caravan and are happy to still sleep in the caravan at your property if that is preferred. All we ask for is a connection to power and water if possible. As we are travelling we are homeschooling our kids so will be available to look after animals. Our kids love animals so are keen to help also. Our two dogs Madu (mini schnauzer) and Fianna (Labradoodle) are friendly dogs who love a cuddle and to play fetch and as we will be walking them we can take other fur babies for walks too. Since travelling they are used to being outside and sleep together in their crate. We have previously owned 2 and a half acres and have had our own chickens so well versed in looking after them and open to looking after other birds/animals. We had our own ride on lawn mower for our acreage so happy to maintain larger properties if needed. As Kev is a tradesman he is handy with tools and has a few that we are travelling with so if any maintenance issues arise that he is capable of helping with and with the owners consultation he is happy to help. We have owned three houses all with pools both above and inground so will be able to maintain a pool. Read more...
