About this house sitting position in Beachmere

We have a lovely half acre very close to the beach in a private rural setting.
A very small, easy care new home with managable yards. The house is spotlessly clean, and the yards are very tidy. All mods cons, air con, wifi, dishwasher, fridge, front loader washing machine are in excellentcondition. The place is on solar and is off grid for water.
Closest town is 1.5km away, same for pt, although there is an early school bus to the next big town, Caboolture.
We have 3 very active beagles, and two lovely cats.
We are looking for someone who understands active dogs and indoor cats. Beagle experience is very favourable, as they are a unique breed.
The dogs are indoor/outdoor and very sweet, highly loved and need an eye kept on them.
Every time they are outside, they wear e collars which work with a boundary fence to stop them running away. This is a vital part of their care and safety.
Gardening requirements are fairly low, my pot plants need watering once per week, as does my vegetable garden.
We have a housesitter agreement that outlines all the how to's. We would expect that you comply with and sign the agreement, to protect everyone.
