About this house sitting position in Beachmere

I am takeing an elderly friend to see his family South of Sydney and I require somebody to look after Baxter, my Lab cross cattle dog, and if possible take him for walks, he is well-behaved and very friendly. Baxter is just over 10 years old, desexed and microchipped and doesn't need any special requirements. I know this is not a long period. As for the place, it is a double story, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom home with a big covered verandah on a canal front, you have your own bathroom/toilet, direct access to the water, use of the kayak, positioned in a very quiet location, there is no through traffic, with a small grassed garden area (Approx 70sqm), there will be no garden or other maintenace required. Located in the small beachside Township of Beachmere, where there are all essentials available such a local IGA, Pharmacy, doctor's surgeries, hairdressers, post office, coffee shops, a pub and restaurants. I have to admit, public transport is scatchy, there is only every hour a bus to and from Caboolture. It is about 15 to 20 car min. to Bribie Island or Sandstone Point Marina or Hotel, and 15 car minutes to the major shopping centres in Caboolture/Morayfield, within walking distance to the foreshore, beaches, parks and the Caboolture River.
