About this house sitting position in Coolum beach

Looking for a retired person or couple to care for our lil Louie boy - he will be nearly 2 years old by then . He is a beautiful golden cocker spaniel who absolutely loves the beach and his ball . We take him to the beach once a day for a 4 km walk . The highlight of his day . He is energetic and a happy boy . We have a double story house - downstairs we have a tenant in a granny flat and out the front of the house we normally run and Airbnb . Though we close it down when we go away . We might have a short term tenant in there whilst you are here . The Airbnb is completely separated from the main house with a wall and insulation- so won’t be a bother to you .
We are definitely looking for someone who loves a beautiful cocker spaniel boy , who will take him to the beach once a day and a small walk in the afternoon . Someone who will leave our house in a nice neat condition, which we will do as well . Someone who will appreciate sitting on our beautiful balcony watching the sun setting over the hinter land mountains .
