Beautiful presented modern family home in Erskine close to the Mandurah estuary and just a few minutes’ walk to local parks and pathways along the estuary and just a short stroll to the very popular Boundary Island Brewery.
This home is just under five years old with low maintenance gardens, and decking to the alfresco and outdoor entertaining and BBQ area.
A place to park a pop top van undercover or a caravan on the driveway if required.
Air-conditioning and wood fire. Lots of walkways and nature. We have two beautiful retrievers called Hamish and Gracie and are our babies. Looking for housesitters that would be home a lot of the time as our dogs are use to company. Also would be great if they could get a walk at least once per day. They are easy dogs but very spoilt
