About this house sitting position in Kincumber

We have two mature small dogs in a retirement village in Kincumber requiring loving care over the Christmas period.
Both dogs are easy care, relaxed and well behaved and around10 years of age. They love a snuggle on the couch.
Our Maltese likes to go for a short walk. There is a dog enclosure within the grounds of the village.

We reside in a retirement village in a modern two bedroom villa. The other bedroom is not available.

Our villa is light bright and sunny, with a combined kitchen dining living area with glass sliding doors out to a patio.

The dogs have access to the enclosed patio area and a doggy door. The housesitter would be able to go out for 4-5 hours at a time.

We have beautiful beaches, cafes at many local beaches, about a ten minute drive. I'd say 10 beaches within 10-15 minutes from here.
Avoca, McMasters, Terrigal, Umina, Pearl and Patonga to name a few.

We are going overseas to see our family in the U.K. and this housesit is filling in for our housesitter while they visit their family over the Christmas period.
Need to be 55+ for this housesit.
