About this house sitting position in Umina Beach

Hi, I'm heading home to NZ for Christmas and looking for someone to take care of Mia my American Staffy X and townhouse whilst I am away.

The townhouse is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 office townhouse with paved and covered courtyard and garage. Quiet neighbourhood and a short 20min walk to Ettalong beach and cafes. There is a ceiling fan in all rooms and AC in the living / lounge area as well as in the master bedroom.

Bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite are upstairs, and another toilet downstairs where large lounge, kitchen and laundry area. Kitchen is a little small but open to lounge/dining area. Unfortunately no dishwasher!

Mia is a 4yr old Staffy X cuddle bug who I have recently adopted. She needs to be walked twice a day; morning and evening, as my courtyard is paved and she will only go toilet on grass, hence must be walked twice a day (one walk can be shorter to let her sniff and do her 'business'). She is well behaved on the lead, and some treats will have her walking beside you and not pulling! She’s an inside dog most of the time, and ok to be left in her own for short periods - loves cuddles and pats - really well behaved and just loves to please! She is on meds for anxiety, and is on one pill a day which she takes with her dinner around 6.30-7.30pm. She loves affection, and will happily snuggle on the couch or in bed with you - she does demand pats as payment for the cuddles, but will also sleep on her bed if you need some space. No dog parks please, as she isn't too keen on other dogs in her face!

I live a short walk from the Woy Woy waterfront, and the Blackwall mountain lookout (Mia loves that walk). Also only a 20min walk to Ettalong markets, cafes and restaurants.
