Level block, secure, single story spacious open plan home, guest room with ensuite, a front and back yard, driveway and carport.
We have two burmese cats (about 10 years old), who have free access to an enclosed backyard via a pet door who need to be fed twice a day and the kitty litter needs cleaning as required.

The dogs and cats are happy as long as their schedule is respected with two daily walks for the dogs.
